My husband, Dennis, and I raised three daughters (Kelly, Erin, and Alex) who are now young adults living out on their own. We have one 4-year-old grandson, David, who brings us tremendous joy! After raising three girls, we were thrilled to have a grandson who we spoil.
I am originally from Natick and have a very large extended family and circle of friends. A typical birthday or cookout will include 40 or more adults and kids!
One of my favorite pastimes is to golf with my husband and host an annual spring golf event with our close friends at our weekend home in Plymouth. Like most New Englanders, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy cheering on Boston sports teams. My husband and I love to travel to the Caribbean and Mexico at least twice a year.
I earned a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University while working full-time at Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm & Haas/Shipley Co.) and while raising a family. I also earned an associate’s degree from Massachusetts Bay Community College right after high school.
I joined Wells Financial Partners, LLC, in January 2017 as a client service representative. I have more than 25 years of administrative, quality and operational experience working with companies such as Dow Chemical, National Grid, Vicor, and Cambridge Biomedical. While working for these companies, I was the accredited and certified Quality and Environmental Lead Auditor, performing close to a 1,000 internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TS16949 during my auditing career.
I was also a quality and environmental consultant and trainer. I implemented internal audit programs, processes, policies, and compliance standards at local companies such as Bose Corp, Staples, Haartz Corp., and ECM Plastics. While auditing, my motto was “I’m here to help,” which made people laugh, but I truly meant it as I would share “best practices” learned over my career to help companies continually improve.
